Make your office mobile using the Nokia E75
Nokia added a new phone in its E-series, the Nokia E75. It is a dual mode mobile (GSM/WCDMA) which supports WCDMA/HSDPA, WLAN and EGSM. It has a side-slider keyboard for much easier messaging. Enjoy videos and graphics on its 2.4” QVGA display and take photos with its 3.2MP autofocus camera.

Supports document formats such as Excel, PDF, PowerPoint and Word. Extra features include an accelerometer sensor, internet radio, Nokia maps 2.0 and stereo FM RDS radio.

Nokia N97 is the latest and has taken us not slightly ahead but much Ahead of the last one coming out of its factory. The Landscape oriented handset comes with some good features.
The phone with a 5mp Carl Zeiss camera lense has a DVD quality video feature, has a QWERTY keypad, includes HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, and comes with an always open connection to the bookmarked sites on the internet including Facebook. Aptly called as the mobile computer the handset features the virtual touch input and has a 16:9 widescreen display which can be fully personalized with frequent updates of favorite web services and social networking sites.

Nokia 97 has a capacity to hold breath for a long long time. The battery is capable of 1.5 days of continuous playback. The 32GB on board memory can be extended to 48GB via MicroSD cards. Nokia Music Store with the full support of Nokia N97 does some wonders for us. With the battery capable of 1.5 days of continous playback all the musical ear customers are sure going to make a beeline for it. Support for services like Share on Ovi for immediate sharing over HSDPA and WLAN is available from the N97 camp.
The ’social location’ concept of N97 with integrated A-GPS sensors, an electronic compass, intuitively understands where it is. The Nokia N97 is expected to make it by early 2009 at an estimated retail price of EUR 550(excluding tax and subsidies).

‘MOSH’ (http://mosh.nokia.com), a mobile and online content consumption, creation and sharing service, has joined the Nokia Media Network, and now offers advertisers the opportunity to reach customers around the globe who are downloading original mobile content. The Nokia Media Network provides reach to more than 100 million consumers around the globe through advertising on blue-chip mobile publishers, operator partners and Nokia properties.
“We are committed to expanding the Nokia Media Network, which is growing rapidly in both reach and quality, so we can drive greater results for our brand advertisers,” said Mike Baker, vice president and head of Nokia Interactive Advertising. “The MOSH audience, comprised of the heaviest users of mobile content around the world, is particularly desirable to many of our top advertisers.”
MOSH has launched its “Spotlight” program, a ‘paid placement’ advertising initiative, where advertisements are Spotlight-branded and placed above all organic browse, search and contextual placements. Spotlight gives brands and mobile content companies the opportunity for promotion with highlighted placements for their content. Spotlight content is always front and center for all MOSH users to see, and, as MOSH is seamlessly integrated between Web and mobile, so too are the Spotlight campaigns, including banner ads for both the mobile and traditional Internet.
The feature has already proven to be a great success for its initial customers. Vringo, a U.S.-based video sharing community that allows consumers to find, create and share video ringtones, was a launch partner in the Spotlight program. Since signing up as a Spotlight partner in early May, Vringo’s downloads have increased by over 100 percent.
“Vringo is thrilled with the way the MOSH user community has embraced our application,” said Andrew Perlman, Vringo general manager and SVP of content and community. “The additional visibility the Spotlight program provides has helped us gain additional exposure and users on a scale that has exceeded our expectations.”

T-Mobile and Nokia today announced that they are collaborating to accelerate the availability of new Internet services and personal social communities on mobile devices.
By signing this collaboration agreement, T-Mobile and Nokia will be able to offer their European customers faster and easier access to all of T-Mobile’s web’n'walk Internet services as well as all to Nokia’s Ovi Internet services on a wide range of Nokia devices.
T-Mobile and Nokia will together drive the mobilization of social networks. The companies will partner to further enhance T-Mobile’s community-oriented MyFaves service, launched in October 2007 in Europe, empowered by the well-known Nokia user experience.
Widget cooperation is another focus area for the companies, where T-Mobile’s leading web’n'walk offering will provide an even richer user experience. T-Mobile’s web’n'walk offers customers an instant and customizable access to their most preferred Internet and messaging services.
For T-Mobile customers, Nokia will customize its devices to provide a dedicated suite of T-Mobile services which will be seamlessly integrated to Nokia devices. Similarly, T-Mobile customers can access Nokia’s Internet services, such as music, maps and games, through their Nokia device, which will offer T-Mobile customers a great opportunity to enjoy best-in-class Internet services.
In March T-Mobile and Nokia announced the exclusive Nokia 6650 device for T-Mobile which will be available in July in Europe. This collaboration is the next step in intensifying the good partnership between the companies.
“We are pleased about developing our long-lasting and successful cooperation with Nokia, which underlines our position as an innovation leader,” says Christopher Schlaffer, Group Product & Innovation Officer at Deutsche Telekom. “High-performance devices and our broadband mobile phone network are ideally suited for granting easy access to our T-Mobile Services like MyFaves, web’n'walk or Nokia-complementary service offerings (e.g. Maps or Games), providing our customers with an even wider range of mobile communication, information and entertainment services.”
“We are excited about further extending our good cooperation with T-Mobile by supporting them in their key propositions like My Faves and web’n'walk, and we see this as a perfect match with our Ovi services. Easy access to a wide variety of services will enhance the way people use their mobile devices and bring Web 2.0 experiences to life. Nokia and ARC Transistance, the European network of automobile clubs, announced today that they are working together to provide Real Time Traffic Information to users of Nokia mobile devices. Nokia will offer the service as a premium offering in Nokia Maps 2.0 and in future versions of Nokia Maps.
By adding RTTI, Nokia can save precious time for drivers by alerting them of traffic, construction or other road hazards that could affect their journey. When Nokia Maps receives the road updates from ARC Transistance, the application can dynamicly re-route during navigation and provide a faster route. This is a significant milestone for Nokia Maps, which makes navigation an even more compelling experience for Nokia device owners.
ARC Transistance Traffic Information services aggregate the real time road and traffic conditions of 16 countries in Europe, and growing. The leading navigation industry players also use the ARC Transistance Traffic Information services to enhance the routing guidance and navigation experience of their customers.
Nokia Maps turns mobile devices into local mapping and routing engines with a navigation option, providing worldwide mapping free of charge. In so doing, the unique hybrid solution combines the advantages of on-board and off-board navigation. Maps and location-aware content only need to be loaded once – they are then always available on the device.
Upgrading to the GPS navigation option enables your mobile to become a powerful connected personal navigation device, that provides clear, turn-by-turn visual and voice guidance. If your Nokia device does not have built-in GPS, you can also use an external GPS module with a compatible device. With vector maps provided by TeleAtlas and Navteq, Nokia Maps now has maps covering over 150 countries, with over 70 of them navigable.
