There has been some news going around that Samsung is to release a new Omnia and this one is to be called the Samsung Omnia Pro. While its brothers the i8910 Omnia HD and the i900 Omnia have pleased touch screen mobile fans, this new baby from Samsung has unique qualities never tired before by the company. The Samsung Omnia Pro is rumored to have a QWERTY keyboard located below a slide touch screen. Many find this prospect attractive as with the belief that this hot and flaming item uses Windows mobile 6.1, a 5-mp camera with autofocus, and a flash and video recorder.
The new Omnia Pro is believed to come out July of this year and many just cannot wait for it to be available in the market. Of course, everyone is expecting for this model to be better than its Omnia predecessors. If that is true, then let us hope that the rumors of this new beauty are true as well.

Samsung C6620 has been launched in Italy and seems to be exclusively for TIM. This is a BlackJack resemblance and is currently available in Italy via TIM and its MVNO, MTV mobile. The rest of the countries will hopefully see it soon.
The smartphone is Windows Mobile 6.1 powered and is a lower midrange phone. It doesn’t have the GPS or Wi-Fi connectivity which is a disappointing factor.
Samsung C6620 is a very slim (11.9mm thick)handset, coming with a full QWERTY keyboard. It has tri-band GSM support and packs UMTS/HSDPA into it. It has a 2mp camera with video recording and a music player. The screen has a landscape QVGA display.
It has a Li-Ion battery which weighs 108g gives a talktime of 420 mins and standby time up to 300h. TIM sells the C6620 for €199, in three color versions: Wine Red, Apple Green and Navy Blue.

Samsung is releasing its latest Soul candy bar phone, the Samsung U800 in the UK in a purple version. Samsung plans to do this in an effort to raise awareness about Breast Cancer.
The purple color of the phone is the official color of Breakthrough Breast Cancer Organization, to which Samsung plans to donate 10GBP from each mobile sold. The organization is actively involved in raising awareness about Breast Cancer and Samsung has now joined hands with it.
The purple version of the Samsung U800 will have all the features of the original version. The phone comes with a tri-band GSM connectivity and HSDPA 2100.
Other features of the phone include a 3.15 Mega pixel camera with auto flash and video recording, Blue tooth 2.0 with EDR, Media Player, FM Radio with RDS and a 3.5 mm headset jack.
The Samsung U800 has a 2 inch TFT display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels resolution, Web and e mail capabilities, USB 2.0 along with a lot of other additional features.
The 111 x 46 x9.9 millimeter phone weighs 92 gms and will be exclusively available through Phones4U in UK from August first week.
The U800 will also be available in a silver version for those who do not want to go in for the purple one.
