Motorola FLIPOUT

Motorola recently launched its new version of handsets, the Motorola FLIPOUT. The handset runs on Android OS and comes with a very unique form factor. The name is quite similar to the name of Motorola BACKFLIP, but its appearance it is far apart from the aforesaid version of cellphone.

The rounded-off square design is there to cover a five row QWERTY keyboard that twists out from underneath, giving a moderately narrow set of keys with a little different feature of a row of number keys.

Carried by Alltel, America’s largest wireless network, this handset is now available for your verdict. 

Motorola mobile manufacturing company announced the launching of MOTO W233 last January 2009. The unit weighs 83g with the battery and measures 111×45x14.70mm in Li-Ion Battery. Engineered with internal antenna type, screen displays 128×128 pixels that provide 65k colors. It can store up to 500 phone numbers, 750 SMS, 10 received, outgoing and missed calls. The unit is expandable to MicroSD (Transflash) up to 2GB. It comes with ringtone profiles and polyphonic ringtones with MP3 player. Network supported by 2G: GSM 1900 / GSM 850. It doesn’t have camera but surely listening music with this unit will give you a new perspective.

Motorola is amongst the world leaders in mobile phone manufacturing. Motorola has the history of creating the best phones ever. Also again they have shown the world they are the best with their recent release MotoPrizm. This is a full touch screen phone. The only thing which is missing in the phone is the keys. Just after the launch this phone has captured a bigger segment of the Korean mobile market. The RoboMoto’s release date and specifications are yet to be revealed. Though the small bit of information is that it can stand, hide, and click pictures and has few buttons too. So hold on we will be back with more details.
